If there is an issue with your order, please feel free to contact us, up to 30 days after purchase, to discuss in detail. Refunds/exchanges vary at a case by case basis.
Be sure to look over your “Candle Care” card that is enclosed with every order, before burning your candles. This will inform you on how to properly burn them. There will be no refunds or exchanges for an issue with a candle, that was not burned properly.
